The process of information exchange often begins, in fact, before any formal agreement about the work itself has been concluded. While some of this information may not be considered sensitive, it is the policy of Optimal Process, Inc. to treat all information whatsoever related to our clients businesses as proprietary and therefore confidential. We have collaborated on this basis since our company was established, and have found it to be the most satisfactory practice for all concerned.
